Questions owners ask

Plain answers, including the ones you might not want to hear.

Can you get a business to the top of Google?

No one can honestly promise that, and we won't. Google says local results are based on relevance, distance, and prominence (Google's explanation). Distance to the searcher is one of the biggest factors, and nobody controls it.

What we can do is make sure your profile is accurate and complete, so it fully describes what you do and where you work.

Do owners keep control of their listing?

Yes. You add us as a manager, not an owner. You stay the owner of the profile, you can see every change, and you can remove our access whenever you want without asking us.

Why does it take 2–3 weeks?

Big changes all at once can send a profile back through Google's review, so we stage them over 2–3 weeks: the category and basic details first, then services, photos, and the rest.

What do you need to get started?

A short conversation, manager access to your profile, and a few answers: the services you offer, the towns you work in, and your real hours. Photos help. If you don't have good ones, we'll tell you exactly what to take with your phone.

Can you remove bad reviews?

No. Nobody can remove a real customer's review just because it's negative, and anyone who says they can is a red flag. If a review breaks Google's rules, for example it's spam or it's from someone who was never a customer, it can be reported to Google, and Google decides.

What we can do is help make sure every review gets a calm, professional reply.

What if someone else already works on the profile?

That's fine. Tell us who has access and what they do. If your profile is already in good shape, we'll say so, and you won't need us. Two people editing the same listing tends to cause problems, so we'd agree on who does what before we change anything.

The Business Profile is free. Why pay for this?

You're right, the Business Profile itself is free from Google, and you can set it up and edit it yourself. Our fee is for the work: the time to get every part of it right, staged carefully, with a written summary of every change.

Is there a contract?

For the $650 setup, there's a one-page written agreement with the scope and the price. You see it before any work starts. The optional $150/month upkeep has no contract; you can stop any month.

Will you reply to reviews for the business?

Only if you say so, and only once it's written into the agreement. Replies are posted as your business, in a plain, polite tone, and you can see every one.

What happens when the work is done?

You get a written summary of every change. At 30 days, we compare your profile's performance numbers to the baseline screenshot taken before we started. After that, you can keep it up yourself or choose the $150/month upkeep.

Do you build websites or do SEO?

No. We don't build websites, sell backlinks, add schema markup, do page speed work, sell Google Posts as a ranking lever, change business names, or guarantee rankings. The work is your Business Profile, plus making your name, address, and phone match across the major directories where needed.

Are you part of Google?

No. LeadPulse AI is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google has a page for business owners about working with a third party, linked at the bottom of every page on this site.

Do you only work with Nashville-area businesses?

We're based in the Nashville, TN area, but the work is done online, so we can work with trades businesses anywhere in the United States.
